Gifting description - Is when an owner gifts their week away and no money exchanges hands.
Gifting Information:
If you are interested in any of the following ads - please let me know – first come first serve basis. There is a $100 connection fee paid to Debra Hansen from the owner and from the new to be owner - and then approx. $250-$350 in fees to close and record– Once you contacted me I will then put you in contact with Bridgette Cooper at WP – She can than send you the packet to get started – The new owners to be are normally the persons who take care of the paperwork – I will put you in contact with the owner via email and between the two of you – you can work out the details.
Verification of the owners RCI status will need to be done between the two parties - weeks or point program.
Please email which one you are interested in -list the unit # - association name in your email.
